Special characters

To insert a special character, place your cursor at the desired location and click the Special character icon.

The dialog window shown below will appear. 

The icons at the top right represent the following pages:

• Latin (code page 0)
• Greek (code page 3)
• Currency Symbols (code page 32)
• Maths and logic (code page 34)
• Lines and shapes (code page 37)
• Dingbats (code page 38)

Alternatively, you can navigate through all 256 code pages of the extended character set to find thousands of other characters including foreign language characters and other symbols.

When you mouse-over a character, a larger picture will appear in the box at the bottom.

Click on Insert or Cancel.
