A listing is a display showing the pages or items of one type. Click on an item in the list to display it.

Configure a listing page

You can arrange the display to suit your needs:

  • Right-click in the header row to select the columns to display. In most cases there are more columns than will fit across the screen. Choose the columns you want to see.  You can usually include Custom properties as columns of the listing unless they are set to not allow this.
  • Drag the column labels left or right to rearrange the columns
  • Click a column label to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order. Not all columns are sortable.
  • Drag the right edge of the column label area to change the width of the column.

Phrontex will remember the format you’ve chosen and will use it the next time you display the listing. This won’t affect the display for any other user.

Export

When a listing is displayed, select Export from the content drop-down to save the listing as a CSV file. CSV files can be opened in spreadsheet applications. The CSV file will contain all the available columns, not just the columns you’ve chosen to display.
